The following Ring Central action items are for personalizing your voicemail, adding security to your account, and using your cell phone to make business calls. 


  1. Personalize Voicemail

    1. Login to your account (via web-portal).

    2. Select My Voicemail on the right side, under Shortcuts.

    3. Select Custom.

    4. Select your preferred method (Record or Upload).

    5. Select Save.


  1. Change your Password, PIN, and Security Question

    1. Login to your account (via web-portal).

    2. Select Settings

    3. Select Your Name at the top of the blue column on the left side.

    4. Scroll down and select User Password.

    5. Change your information and select Save.
