A) Adding new Users into the RingCentral database from the desktop RingCentral homepage.
Select the Settings tab and click on Phone System.
Select Users on the left-hand side.
Select Add to fill in the new user’s information.
After the information is saved, an email is sent to the user to activate the extension.
User confirms information through email.
B) Adding Users as an Account Administrator.
Login to your RingCentral account.
On the admin portal page, click Users.
Click Add User.
NOTE: Added Users will have their own extension numbers. The extension numbers can only be modified once the Users have been activated.

The Add Users window appears.
Select Domestic.
NOTE: Only one user per country can be added per transaction. Finish the current transaction before adding another user in a different country. Selecting International lets you add a RingCentral Global Office Number.

C) Adding local Users without Phones

Selecting a State or Area Code is optional.
Click Add.

A dialog box appears stating the order is being processed and that a confirmation email will be sent to the email address of the Super Admin.
Click OK.
NOTE: Check your email for the Order Confirmation to complete the order process.
D) Adding local Users with Phones.
Enter the number of Users that will be added.
NOTE: You may enter 2 or more if the Users have the same State, Area Code, and phone
Select State and the Area Code.
Click Select a Device.
Click the picture of the device that will be added to the user and click Select.
Click Add.

Follow Steps 1 to 3 to add another User. Only follow this step if User to be added satisfies the following conditions:
The User is in a different location but has the same State and Area Code.
The User will use a different phone.
Otherwise, go to the next step.

Review your selection.
Click Edit across the Area Code, if you need to change the State and Area Code. You may also click Edit across the Device to select a different phone.
Click Save.
Review charges at the bottom right of the page and click Next if there are no more Users to add.
NOTES: Total charges do not include taxes, fees and pro-rates.
Set the shipping address for the Users’ phones.
Click View to review the shipping address and the other information regarding the shipment.
Click Next.
Tick the acknowledgment checkbox before the last paragraph to confirm that you have read and understood the charges, and authorize the monthly recurring charges. Click Next.
NOTE: Prices do not include taxes or fees.
Click Done.
